Eligibility

This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or older. Employees of Bay 19 Pub & Sports Bar, their immediate family members, and any third-party affiliates directly involved with the competition are not eligible to enter.

Entry Requirements

To enter, participants must scan a QR code located around the premises of Bay 19 Pub & Sports Bar and complete the online entry form. By entering, participants agree to receive marketing communications via SMS and email from Bay 19 Pub & Sports Bar. Participants may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in the communications. However, opting out prior to the competition closing date will invalidate the entry.

Prize

The prize is a new TaylorMade Qi10 Driver (right handed). The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative. Bay 19 Pub & Sports Bar is not responsible for any costs or expenses related to the prize, including but not limited to delivery or use of the item.

Competition Period

The competition opens at 00:01 GMT on 01/12/2024 and closes at 23:59 GMT on 31/05/2025. Entries received after this time will not be included in the draw.

Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries on 01/06/2025. The winner will be notified via the contact details provided within 5 business days of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 10 business days of the initial notification, Bay 19 Pub & Sports Bar reserves the right to redraw and select an alternative winner.
